Luigi55 6 Posted August 17, 2008 Today I have reentered to house, I wanted to check the situation and I have found a beautiful surprise on a labeled plant "Nagalone", I have found these mature fruits I don't know what pits the mother plant, perhaps a dorset naga but the color is clearly chocolat surprise second: Some 7Pod begins to mature but they don't become red, but white I don't know if it is an intermediary coloration and then they will become red But in another plant, the coloration has passed by the green to the red, as it normally happens immature: mature:
Lonewolf 18,148 Posted August 17, 2008 Wow! Two really interesting strain at the same time! The "white" 7Pod expecially it's so nice! I've many plants, but never saw that colour. Let's know if it's the ultimate colour or it turns red ... and preserve some seeds ...

I would like to know from what variety you have gotten the seeds of the Nagalone
Lonewolf 18,148 Posted August 17, 2008 from what variety you have gotten the seeds of the Nagalone All seeds of "nagalone" I distributed were from Naga Morich plants I grew in 2006 (seeds from TheChileman). I sent to everyone ask me for those seeds a lot of not pure seeds (nagalone) together with 4-5 pure seeds because I had too many requests.

The plant is Naga Morich X ???? (Perhaps Habanero Chocolate), Hybrid F1 The first Naga Morich Chocolate
Luigi55 6 Posted August 17, 2008 it's true seems to be just white giant pod, but in the first photo it has aspect of a 7 pod fruit, really a big surprise!!!! Also I have thought the same thing, an exchange of label. But the fruits are very wrinkled, even if in the second photo little is seen they could be of the hybrids 7Pod X Habanero White Giant The 7Pod seeds, I have received them from two person Nagalone and Marco, it would be interesting to know, if in the period of production of the seeds, they have also cultivated Habanero White Giant
Lonewolf 18,148 Posted August 17, 2008 I didn't grow H. White Giant past year, only H. White Bullet.
Bonnet 156 Posted August 19, 2008 very incredibile pods! The shape of 7pod is more similar to a habanero not a true 7pod, i think can be a beautiful hybrid
Luigi55 6 Posted August 24, 2008 The maturations of the fruits, are very slow this is the small crop of today, only 1,654 Kg. the most greater part of the fruits they are still green Even if the crop is small, this 7Pod and really great and threatening being the first fruits, I have not had difficulty to isolate them, therefore I begin the harvest of the pure seeds Before I proceed to a small taste of placenta Terrible, for five minutes, I have the mouth anesthetized
Lonewolf 18,148 Posted August 24, 2008 That pod is really BIG and looks awesome! How is the smell and aroma, in your opinion?

Luigi55 6 Posted August 24, 2008 That pod is really BIG and looks awesome! How is the smell and aroma, in your opinion? To begin, for some second I have not perceived the spicy. But I are tasted me the fresh taste, that remembers the lemon then I have had a sensation of pain in the whole mouth, that has gone down to the throat, despite I had not swallowed the piece yet. However, even if they are very strong, I prefer 7Pod and the Jolokias, because I don't love the taste of the Habaneros
Luigi55 6 Posted August 24, 2008 Nice and interesting peppers! 1,654 kg a small harvet! I wanne move to Italy! Regards Patrik from Sweden Hi Patrik, in comparison to the 18 Kgs. of Nagalone, mine is a miserable crop
Lonewolf 18,148 Posted August 24, 2008 Luigi don't say he produces dozen more kg of tomatoes than me, his adenium and neem plants are ten times greater than mine, he grows a lot of plants I never saw or knew ... I'm specialized in peppers, he's a complete grower !
Luigi55 6 Posted August 27, 2008 A crop from the plants in vase, in the balcony. those in the land are very late, even if are full of green fruits. The photos are without name because the labels are sunk in the ground tomorrow I make a control.
Jumbe 1 Posted August 28, 2008 Benissimo Luigi.
Luca dalla Tailandia 2 Posted August 29, 2008 Hi Luigi, Looks really great! Would you be so kind and tell us the names of the latest plants you showed? These name plates must be somewhere, try to dig a little deeper! Some look quite familiar, others rather new to me. Thanks, Luca
