Piero 0 Posted July 31, 2011 Finalmente il primo raccolto degno di nota 3,9 kg tra T.Scorpion, Naga Morich, Bih Jolokia Improved ll, Chupe, Tabasco, Peter Pepper, Haba Red, Scotch Bonnet, Cap di Scimmia, Jalapeno, Congo Black e Haba Black ECCO UNA PARTE DEL RACCOLTO LE TIPOLOGIE DI PEPPERS RACCOLTE Ho appena terminato 500 ml di "Extreme Hot" e una decina di barattoli di olio piccante (Bhut, Naga, Scorpion e Scotch Bonnet) e per concludere in bellezza stasera pizza e Congo Black! Piccantilly 15 Posted July 31, 2011 Congratulazioni per il raccolto e per le varietà: c'è tutta una scala di piccantezza, dall'aperitivo al dopo cena !! se posso darti un consiglio, i chupe ed i capezzoli sono ottimi sott'aceto. Stamattina dovrebbero arrivarmi le bottigliette da vetrocommerciale.it , piu' tardi si sterilizza e si imbottiglia il tutto. Poi ci tenevo a comunicarvi che ho proposto ad un mio cliente che gestisce un locale, di organizzare una serata / aperitivo "capsica" e lui ha accettato. Portero' tutte le tipologie di peppers che ho coltivato quest'anno, compreso l'olio piccante e l'extreme hot... Se ci scappa qualche soldino meglio ancora Ovviamente sarete i primi a vedere le foto!
