Se poi mi becco il morbo della mucca pazza me ne frego!!!! Chi l'ha assaggiata e ne parla, gli viene l'acquolina in bocca!!! Si vede che non è mai stato in un buon ristorante di Foiano della Chiana o dalle parti di Panzan nel Chianti (dal Cecchini, ma non solo) Comunque... @ maurizio se vo la bistecca fermati a Prato... Già perché pensi che non le conosco? Io sulle bistecche sono molto esigente ormai il mio macellaio di fiducia se mi vede tornare in negozio con qualcosa di rotondo in mano chiude la saracinesca. Sapessi quante volte gli ho portato la carne cotta nel piatto indietro, e nell'ora in cui c'è più gente in negozio. La frase che gli dico è: "Prova a mangiarla tu se ci riesci" e poi mi rivolgo ai clienti e chiedo loro se vogliono assaggiarla. Roberto, il mio macellaio, con lui ho fatto un patto: non mi interessa quanto spendo ma la carne la voglio come dico io. Siccome i macellai sanno benissimo se un pezzo di carne è buono o no, io la voglio come se la stessero scegliendo per mangiarla loro. i 4 punti fondamentali sono: 1- deve essere femmina!!! 2- max 18 mesi e senza aver partorito 3- che abbia mangiato possibilmente erba 4- roosbeef della parte alta con dentro delle belle venature di grasso e poi altre sottigliezze ma entriamo troppo nel particolare. peppox 385 Posted June 20, 2010 ...I have some bad news... unfortunately I have been asked to return to the UK in a short time... I will not even have the chance to appreciate most of my peppers I am thinking maybe of having a little Hot BBQ one weekend before leaving Italy to have a chance to get to know some of you, if you would be interested? (...and maybe some of you could take a few of my plants home with you and make sure they can reach their potential! ) Please let me know if this would be interesting, if so I'll try to set up a date, if not then don't worry, I know everyone already has a lot of plans for the summer! ...of course I will start growing peppers again in the UK, but I will probably need a greenhouse!! ...and I will definitely keep posting recipies!
