Wine & Chillis

Recommended Posts

With today being New Years Eve I thought it was a good moment to start a discussion about what you like to drink with your spicy meals!

I love wine, but when it comes to very hot dishes I have always stayed with beer ;) (...or water). Do you have any favourite wines (white or particularly red) that you think go well with your chilli dishes??

...and happy 2010! ;)
