I love wine, but when it comes to very hot dishes I have always stayed with beer (...or water). Stefania 4,329 Posted December 31, 2009 Facciamo spesso delle cene a base di peperoncino a casa nostra! Il vino che piace di più è rosso corposo come l'Amarone della Valpolicella. In particolare quando consumiamo i nachos con la salsa di cipolle ed habanero, accompagnata da formaggio tenero per smorzare la piccantezza, la birra è la cosa migliore. Quando bevo vino di solito scelgo un rosso, quasi mai un bianco. Scelgo sempre vini sardi perchè li trovo più facilmente e perchè sono abituato a quei sapori.
