roman0906 246 Posted June 24, 2023 Certain health circumstances in the family meant that I did not grow any plants of my own this season. So I ordered, but I rejected the order as it wasn't supposed to arrive until June 21st. So I drove to a garden center in the area and bought the following: 1 x Mini Snack Peppers Lubega Mini Orange 1x Jalapeno 1 x Peperoni Hyper (is probably an F1 Annum) 1 x Da Cayenne (seed firm pepperoni) 2 x Habanero red (seed firm peppers) My daughter brought 1 x paprika, we don't even know what's in it Otherwise there are various tomato varieties from private cultivation, where you can no longer decipher the signs and 2 climbing tomatoes. I'm curious about the 2 Habaneros, they should probably be the same variety, but one plant develops twice as many flowers as the other. 2 days ago I packed some grains in rockwool. I would like to try how they develop when they only get vermiculite as an additional substrate. The varieties are Aji Umba Super Reaper Habanero Primero Red F1
roman0906 246 Posted June 26, 2023 Fruits of the two habaneros, supposedly the same Rocoto Cabe Gondol from Indonesia. It is said that it does not need a night setback and is suitable for indoor cultivation. Many thanks to Markus, who gave me the seeds.
roman0906 246 Posted July 8, 2023 The garden center chilies are exciting, nothing is as it seems in the picture except for the jalapeno. Our youngest is guaranteed not to be the first to test the snack peppers, the Hananeros are not round but pointed on both plants, there is now an enormous amount of fruit, just look. And we have an incredible number of amber cockroaches in the garden this year. Luckily they can't really survive in the house, otherwise I'd be nervous.

roman0906 246 Posted August 6, 2023 It should be: This is what it became: The sharpness was like a normal jalapeno - definitely not in the range that is on the label, there was little to no flavor in terms of taste, but what was really not good, the skin was really tough, I refrained from removing the seeds as a precaution
