Bandaia 168 Posted January 10, 2015 Lindo! Nestas fotos qual capsicum tem... Siempre catigae-flexuosum-ciliatum?
Lonewolf 18,212 Posted January 11, 2015 Great photos, Daniel! You found them! The flowers of C.pereirae in the second photos are quite strange, they missed almost completely the green color in the corolla. Are these flowers from the same plant or different plants? If different plants, are they from two different places? (grutas) I never saw plants in the season, especially C.pereirae; were there many flowers? and fruits? Flowers in third and fourth photos are typical Capsicum sp.6 (not sp.3) Populations in the area you visited were called C.sp6 (LBB1559) by Bianchetti and other in their trip in 1999, together with some other populations (LBB1568, LBB1564, LBB1556) It is a kind of C.buforum (or C.mirabile); flowers are quite similar to C.villosum too, but plant is not pubescent. They called Capsicum sp.3 some populations that then were identified as C.schottianum (LBB1535, LBB1536, LBB1540, LBB1544, LBB1545, LBB1561, LBB1563) Waiting for other photos! You make me relive exciting moments PS. I added a watermark to your photos; not a great protection, but better than nothing ... so it is clear they are not of "public-domain" Please, add a watermark to this kind of photos or tell me which copyright phrases I should add.

Rapace 9,624 Posted January 11, 2015 No problem, written Portuguese is quite easy to understand for Italians (more difficult when it is spoken) @Bandaia Yes, that's true. I never had the opportunity to study a word of Portuguese... but I can understand almost 100% in written form. Is it the same for you Daniel when we write in Italian ?
