La scala di Mak, dovendo etichettare in casa peperoncini dei quali non sappiamo la reale piccantezza (ricordiamo la grandissima variabilità di SHU da pianta a pianta della stessa varietà e anche da frutto a frutto della stessa pianta), mi sembra la più ragionevole.

Deboli, medi, forti, superhot è come li percepiamo mangiandoli più o meno tutti noi.

Stabilire se un Pepper ha 1.000.000 o 1.200.000 di SHU (ammesso che si arrivi a quei valori con i pepper italiani) credo sia impossibile all'assaggio.
