a great holiday!!

 

 

welcome back to the forum... and in the cold vienna!

 

:):(

 

indeed my bad nephew.

i was proud of that holiday. you have sea, sun, very good food and chilis of course :D

 

well, we still have wonderful temperatures in Vienna (~27° C) but unfortunetely we´ll get cold showers at the weekend :good:

Petenero is fantastic. my mom and dad are very happy about it :D

honestly i didnt taste it yet.

 

actually i was hoping to find a very super symmetrical speciman (for further selection) like that: http://fataliiphoto.net/d/20057-2/_DSC1370.jpg

but it didnt appear :yes:

maybe next season. keep your fingers crossed :D

 

the plant is hibernating now ;)

some time ago i bought cherry tomatoes

to my surprize i found this speciman :)

looks like a Venus :(

 

i opened it to get seeds for further grows respectively selection. unfortunetely there was no single seed in it. the whole fruit was sterile :D

no, these are not my harvested chilis. i bought them at the market and grilled them. after grilling i put them in the mesh. below the mesh is a pot to collect the water respectively oil of the chilis :)

after cooling of the chilis and several ours of "meshing" store them in the freezer. the collected oily water will be cooked for some minutes and poured in a jar. close the jar very quickly and put it on its head to get the air out of it (after closing well of course). you can use this chili water when ever you want. its taste is fantastic :(
