Ginger 4 Posted May 19, 2014 Ciao a tutti! Son felice di aver trovato questo forum: amo i cibi piccanti e l' anno scorso ho cominciato a coltivar peperoncini. Purtroppo non son venuti piccanti e solo dopo ho scoperto che la causa era la troppa acqua che gli davo....un gran peccato: 12 piante praticamente sprecate Ma non importa: sbagliando s' impara! Le ho gia' piantate nell' orto ma alcune son sofferenti.....quella piu' alta in foto ha ingiallito alcune foglie mentre il " chocolate" e' floscio.....eppure il terreno e' umido. La pianta floscia ha probabilmente bisogno di qualche giorno di adattamento per riuscire a bilanciare l'assorbimento di acqua dalle radici e l'evapotraspirazione dalle foglie. Verifica che il terriccio sia umido dove ci sono le radici, eventualmente ombreggiala per qualche giorno (basta un pezzo di rete ombreggiante o tnt tesa sopra le piantine) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

La "regola" raccomanda di evitare di bagnare i peppers gli ultimi giorni prima del raccolto per aumentarne (credo leggermente e non alla grandissima) la piccantezza.
