Per la realizzazione della ricetta si possono usare ingredienti a piacere, l'importante è che sia piccante! Per partecipare al concorso basta inviare una ricetta personalizzata alla mail peppergames @ pepperfriends.com (senza spazi) entro il 31 agosto 2013 Il primo settembre le ricette saranno pubblicate e sarà possibile votarle. Lonewolf 18,106 Posted December 30, 2012 Inizialmente la salsa potra' essere preparata con qualsiasi varieta' di peperoncino piccante, ma quando (prima o poi) l'Associazione avra' suoi ibridi stabili, sarebbe bello utilizzare uno di quelli; salsa Pepperfriends con peperoncino Pepperfriends La votazione sara' sulla ricetta scritta, senza assaggio, ma chi partecipera' alla cena di meta' gennaio puo' portare un "prototipo" Alex provvedera' alla realizzazione pratica della salsa vincitrice, per l'assaggio "ufficiale" alla prima occasione utile (ovviamente bisognera' aspettare di avere frutti freschi a disposizione) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

In effetti una proroga non sarebbe male. Ho dei peppers congelati e una mezza idea di salsina, ma mannaggia a questo freddo che mi prende sempre allo stomaco devo rimandare l'esperimento.
