Ara Pacis 810 Posted December 29, 2012 Ciao, mi hanno regalato qualche peperoncino di cui non mi hanno saputo dire il nome. tutto molto vago sulla provenienza: è stato portato da un amico, di un amico di ecc., che è stato a lungo in viaggio visitando diversi paesi centro-sud americani Mi piace il suo colore nero deciso. cosa potrebbe essere?, anche se mi sembra di averlo già visto.....ma non ricordo...aji.......boh 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Ara Pacis 810 Posted December 29, 2012 il peperoncino era quasi completamente secco, pieno di semi. mi ha dato una lieve sensazione di piccantezza, ma ha un qualcosa che ha ricordato i miei sensi al sapore della rosa canina....sarà perchè è secco?! Lo tengo per qualche ibridazione e anche perchè ha fatto un lungo percorso. chissà da quanto e dove era stato colto.... speriamo che sia puro in qualche maniera. varg 90 Posted January 15, 2013 Maybe your fruit belongs to Aji Panca (C.chinense) but it seems to me your pepper is a fruit of Pasilla Bajio (C.annuum). Its hottness was about 4-5 of 10.
