L'ingestione di sostanze irritanti, anche se "virtuali" come la capsaicina porta ad interessamento del nervo frenico, un nervo che controlla il funzionamento del diaframma. Non ho lo stomaco per provarlo personalmente, ma è molto probabile che la masticazione prolungata porti ad un minore insulto sul n.frenico che si assuefà più gradualmente alla dose d'attacco! 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Sicuramente bene un ottimo bicchiere di Chianti senza fermarsi, piuttosto che acqua è la soluzione migliore, comunque come ci viene sempre raccomandato, bisogna provare, sperimentare..........
