La gente nella città proveniente di Sanliurfa in Turchia dice "Isot". Ho vissuto un'anno a Roma ed ancora cerco di imparare meglio la lingua italiana... volevo esprimere che il peperoncino presentato sopra ha un sapore "smoky" (affumicato??) @infuocato: buona scelta, questa specie è perfetta per le salse Barbecue, c'e anche una ricetta sul sito www.potentpepper.com e fra poco aggiungiamo un secondo. PotentPepper 0 Posted June 12, 2012 Hey, nipotastro, I live in Istanbul. I chose "la spezia" from the drop down menu for "country/region" because Turkey was not available. And "la spezia" makes a nice wordplay since it also means spice I have never eaten Urfa Kebab with Turkey (haha, also a wordplay here), the original from Sanliurfa is made from lamb meat and is delicious. Sadly, I could not find a good English recipe to link to... If you find one (or create one) please tell me about it @infuocato: abbiamo portato qualche confezione di semi da Urfa, non sono abbastanza per venderci, però... e non so come sono le regolazioni per spedire semi di piante dalla Turchia ad Italia...
