Prima preparo l'acqua distillata con il sale, poi metto i semi dentro a dei bicchierini da caffè e ci verso l'acqua. Dopo 48 ore li risciacquo li metto dentro a dei portaminuterie con lo scottex e poi dentro al germingbox. Questo. Per mantenere la temperatura ho messo un riscaldatore da acquario.
