tribo75 18 Posted July 1, 2008 Dai lone non tenerci in sospeso! qual'è il metodo di dadomo per produrre semi in quantità industriale? io ho usato il metodo vinavil sull'unica pianta che per ora sta dando frutti, il Purrira che mi ha regalato trippetes, proveninza chileseeds purtroppo hanno allegato solo quelli che ho isolato in quei dieci giorni di freddo e pioggia, tutti quelli isolati successivamente sono caduti direttamente o subito dopo aver allegato. La questione non e' come "produrre" (sulla pianta) tanti semi, ma come "prepararli" una volta che si hanno frutti isolati maturi; su questo aspetto infatti c'era qualche dubbio. Per la produzione, la tecnica Stuard e' l'isolamento di molte piante della stessa varieta' sotto un unico tunnel in TNT. Per la preparazione invece si procede in questo modo: I frutti sono fatti essiccare all'aria a temperatura ambiente; l'essicazione non deve essere completa (come per produrre polvere), solo quanto basta per il prossimo passo. I frutti secchi sono frantumati grossolanamente con un grosso robot da cucina a lama rotante; i semi non sono rovinati da questa operazione (tranne qualche rara eccezione). Il risultato della frantumazione e' immerso in acqua per separare i semi dal resto (non mi ricordo se i semi galleggiano e il resto va a fondo o viceversa; piu' probabile la seconda ipotesi). I semi cosi separati sono raccolti su grandi setacci e lavati per togliere le ultime impurita'. Infine i setacci con i semi sono disposti su un graticcio sotto cui passa un getto di aria (poco) calda; in 6-8 ore sono perfettamente asciutti e pronti per essere imbustati per la vendita. L'intero processo dai frutti secchi ai semi pronti dura un giorno e occupa molte delle giornate invernali alla Stuard (infatti io l'ho visto in una visita sotto Natale).
