As tribo75 says, I believe I never saw such a long pepper ! But I heard that they can reach 1 foot long They must be pretty impressive Do you happen to have some photos?

Some peppers' variety can grow to that size (about 30,5 cm) and beyond.

We saw Whippet's tail at 33,5 cm and Big Jim at about 32 (if I remember well) in the Chileman's Challenge 2006 e 2007, but Big Jim has been measured even at 36 cm (over 14 inches!)
