It's the first time I see the true "chinense" rocotillo :)

Yes, it's a mild C.chinense variety.

P.S. I know that there's another one chillipepper variety from Puerto Rico that is called Rocotillo but it belongs to C.baccatum:

But I've never grown it.

The thing that's surprised me is chileman.org says chinense Rocotillo's hot but semillas.de (where I bought seeds of it) says it's mild. Maybe it's 2 different cultivars of C.chinense?
