Vincent 2010 season

Unfortunately my growing season ended 2 weeks ago but I will show you some pictures of my 2010 season.

I'm very limited in my space because I only have a balcony for my peppers.

 

In the past season I focussed on super hot varieties. This is what I grew this year

I started sowing on 15 December 2009. The first picture is from 9 January 2010

I skip a few weeks ;) Now it's 27 February 2010

Our last frost day is 15 May but in April we had some good weather (the rest of the summer was just bad).

First time outside for the kids :) (26 April 2010)

The 7 Pod Primo strain is one of my favorites, crazy shape and extremely hot. It is the first pepper in 2 years that I could not handle without milk

Yes I made sauces, chutney and pickles

 

Sauces:

Roasted Hot Sauce (with roasted vegetables)

Mango Habanero Hot Sauce

Kiwi Hot Sauce

Alpine Strawberry Hot Sauce

Yellow Flames (with yellow 7 pod & yellow scorpion)

Tabasco

 

Chutney:

Apple Chilli Chutney

Chilli Chuney

 

and Pickled pepper mix. I will post pictures later of my winter stock :)
