AlexH 0 Posted July 18, 2010 I came back from two weeks away and found an amazing crop of these Hungarian Hot Wax peppers so I decided to pickle them to have at the BBQ next week... Ingredients Peppers! White wine vinegar water sugar salt bay leaves peppercorns allspice caraway seeds wash the peppers, slice in half and pack tightly into a sterile jar. Boil 2/3 vinegar and 1/3 water with 2 tsp of salt & 3 of sugar and the spices. When boiling pour over the peppers.
