I ordered a couple of books last week, and they arrived today...!

 

This is the first one, it's a food history and recipie book about TexMex food (written by pepper guru Dave DeWitt).

 

My first impressions are that it is a very comprehensive and interesting book with many authentic recipies (as well as lots of history of recipies, which I am very interested in!)

 

There are some photos (in monochrome) and the "prodiuction quality" is not amazing, but I think it will be a very interesting and usefull resource....

 

I give it 4 out of 5 (on first impressions)
