blast 1 Posted October 1, 2009 bhe il pimenta da Neyde ha una sua storia e si chiama Neyde non a caso....ma dal nome di colei che l'ha messo in circolazione.....e direi che il motivo della sua grande bellezza e soprattutto unicità e proprio il suo colore nero a maturazione!!! quindi un "pimenta da Neyde" arancione è sicuramente tutto tranne che un pimenta da Neyde Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
megamastger71 8 Posted October 1, 2009 lo conosco ... si tratta di una pianta selezionata da un chilehead italiano .... ad un certo punto tra le piante nate da semi "puri" è nato un pimenta orange ..... segno che: 1. vi è stata una ibridazione casuale non voluta oppure 2. uno dei progenitori del Pimenta da Neyde era arancione io ad esempio ho un Pimenta morango (?) che fa frutti neri da immaturi che poi virano all'arancione ...... ______________________ Je sais ... est une plante sélectionnée par un chilehead italien à un moment donné entre les plantes nés à partir de graines «pure» est né d'un orange Pimenta ..... signe: 1. il y avait une hybridation indésirables aléatoires ou 2. l'un des ancêtres de la Pimenta de Neyde était orange par exemple j'ai un Pimenta Morango (?) qui fait de poivrons noirs immature puis tourner orange Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Lonewolf 18,106 Posted October 1, 2009 While for many varieties it's nice to produce variation with different color (for example Bih Jolokia chocolate, 7Pod brown, maybe (in our dreams) Bih Jolokia white) there is no reason to change the main property of Pimenta da Neyde ... a variation which changes colour ripening is definitely not a Neyde!
