Mentre il peperoncino mediterraneo e californiano si attesta sui 100-500 gradi. Tra i due ci sono lo Jalapeno (Messico, Texas, Usa), il Jamaikan hot (Giamaica e Caraibi), il Thai (Sudest asiatico e California) e tanti altri.
