hey guys i was in store today i bough some chilies some of them were sweet as suger but with no seeds ...

my question is why they dont have seeds and how to plant the next generation from the same pods

It seems a crossing between an habanero orange and the aji amarillo.

What about the smell, and the tase?

It happens that some pods have no seeds ... nothing to do but trying with another pod :sorry:

they should be hybrids from commercials seeds...

 

simply you can't made seeds by yourself, but you must to buy them every years...

 

big seeds productors use to do that saying these plants are more resistant to virus deceases or other pests... because of this a lot of heirloom varieties are disappearing

thats why i hate hybrids i like the original heirloom

the taste is sweet like bell pepper dont think it has achinines dont smell like any habanero type

if some of the pods have seeds u think the seeds will give you ahealthy plants that gives u pods or it al depends on luck
