miscio 250 Posted September 27, 2022 Ciao a tutti, con l'arrivo dell'autunno mi ritrovo centinaia di frutti acerbi di cui non so cosa farmene. In particolare, tantissimi tabasco, jamy e habanero, oltre a qualche rocoto mini olive. Come posso utilizzarli? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Lonewolf 18,107 Posted September 27, 2022 Prima di tutto, è ancora presto per considerare chiusa la stagione; anche al nord, c'è ancora quasi un mese con buone giornate. Poi puoi cogliere i frutti e farli maturare indoor (basta metterli vicino a delle mele) per poi essiccarli e macinarli o altri utilizzi. Comunque, inevitabilmente, a fine stagione ci si ritrova sempre con frutti appena allegati che non potranno mai crescere e maturare 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
miscio 250 Posted September 27, 2022 Non credevo che si potesse attendere fino a fine ottobre, credevo che già da fine mese si potesse considerare conclusa la stagione. Gli unici che stanno maturando sono il lazzaretto e la buena mulata. Il resto è ancora in lenta maturazione. grazie, aspettiamo fiduciosi... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
miscio 250 Posted October 3, 2022 effettivamente avevi ragione tu, le temperature sono risalite, i lazzaretti stanno maturando uno dopo l'altro e iniziano a cambiare colore anche i Tabasco. Vediamo se riusciranno a maturare per tempo! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
