Big pods! Looks like standard jalapeno ...

Probably seeds from the green one will be not viable.

"M" should be mexican, so almost any kind of jalapeno maybe named so..

i have five types of jalapeno, hope i can say you something more in late summer

Hi, I just posted this in my 2010 diary, but maybe here is a better place...

Is it normal for Jalapeno seedlings to be "tall & skinny" compared with other seedlings that germinated at the same time...???

(...if it is not normal is there something I can do to stop the seedling getting too top heavy and falling over?)

The behaviour of the plants (tall and thin stem) may be due to insufficient light.

:D OK, I'll try to increase the number lamps that I have on the box, at the moment they are switched on from 05.00 to 22.00 is it enough?

...is there a reason that the Jalapeno would be affected but not the others?
