@ObanToday the first babies arrived, GRxRBB yellow F3 and '69xOlive.  It can go on like this

Great Roman, actually the Yellow Rocoto you are growing is the RBB x RRY (F3) Yellow Pheno.

The seeds were extracted from this plant:

Rocoto Big Brown X Rocoto Riesen Yellow (F2) OB02

And the Chinense are starting to hatch, 6 varieties are already there, I had bought new potting soil, unfortunately it is quite moldy, I hope it will be over as soon as possible

The newly sown rocotos are in a good mood, many are blooming or have their first buds20210103_074833_copy_734x550.jpg.a8a4ca342e4a64ed5f0d212eeca8a686.jpg20210103_074858_copy_734x491_1.jpg.d0ac46e3cf661482424ce055afb9d546.jpg

I was able to place these Rocotos with friends, with a little luck there will be new chiliheads 😉

Habaneros & Co are growing and will soon need new pots.  I have just sown the jalapeos, that's it for this season, now it's time to grow ...

Hello,

a frustrating season is coming to an end for me.  Rocotos are not ripe, 1 or 2 kilos of chinensen are ripe.  The weather was catastrophic, my plants actually need another 2 months.  The first light ground frost was already there.  There is not much left ... see you next season.

best regards

Roman

It would almost have been a good Rocoto year, the last few days have still very few Dersert Peach ripe, the variety tastes a lot like pepper
