Ciao Vincenzo Tutto acciaio inox, mettono da parte i primi 30 litri di olio che escono dopo la mia spemitura. Poi lo vendono come olio poco piccante. Se è un frantoio a ciclo continuo, in acciaio inox, i danni sono molto contenuti. Naturalmente dipende dalla disponibilità del titolare del frantoio e dalla sua voglia di sperimentare. L'olio è estremamente sicuro, e alla fragranza delle olive si aggiunge non solo la piccantezza ma sopratutto il profumo della varietà di peperoncino scelto. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
