Here I am.

I like to graft, grow, and hybridize.

After a quick peep around here, feel that I could spend a great deal of time here and learn a lot.

Many thanks for having me here.

Thanks for the warm welcome Vincenzo.

I should add, I love wild specimens and interspecific hybrids especially.

I'm always willing to send out a few seed from my personal hybrids for postage when I have them available. This C. frutescens 'Cabai Burung Ungu' is one that I am also using very extensively as both a pollen donor and a seed setter. And... while I'm busy posting... a few flowers from the above hybrid. I absolutely love the purple picotee edge in that last one.

Todays fun... I've utilized C. chinense dominant 'Darth Maul' and C. frutescens dominant 'Cabai Burung Ungu' as my pollen donors.

Today, some rodents got into my peppers and I had to harvest this F1BC1 early. Here is hoping the pitiful 9 seeds germinate.

I've lived in the following states... Massachusetts, Hawaii, California, Kansas, Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, etc. I've also lived in Belgium for a few years. Some of these states I've lived in twice or more.

Hybridizing, growing, and grafting the things that bring me joy.

Today, I'm going to share with you

It's winter here and I need to pollinate, thankfully I've secured some pollen earlier in the year in my freezer.IMG_4171.jpeg.dec1d036e26502f03093643763db0af9.jpeg
