Piccadillo 742 Posted October 22, 2019 FINALMENTEEE!!! Amarillo Norteno sarà che è maturato adesso, ma non è neanche tanto buono.. Da un mese, una volta a settimana, tolgo una quantità simile di nuovi frutti da Lemon Drop, Aji Amarillo, Norteno, Neyde, per lasciare maturare "in pace" i frutti già formati. Per il Jobita sì, l'ho preso in un vivaio e sono molto contento, pur non digerendo più i peperoni sono tornato a farmi delle caponatine da panico: zucchine, cipolla, Jobita e melanzane in pari quantità, tutto insieme in padella con un filo d'olio e sale grosso, dieci minuti di rosolatina e poi coperchio per una ventina di minuti.
