gianni48 1,473 Posted October 3, 2018 Ho 10 melograni, 5 della varietà MOLLAR (dolci e di medio-grandi dimensioni) e 5 della vartietà DENTE DI CAVALLO che producono melegrane enormi e leggermente acide. Per ora li consumiamo senza spremerli, fra qualche giorno li spremeremo emescoleremo il succo delle due varietà. Per avere una buona spremuta è bene eseguirla dopo sgranatura perché spremendo il frutto intero si ottiene un succo ricco di tannini, che "lega" in bocca.
