Oban 9,284 Posted March 2, 2017 Una delle cose che amo di più della Lasagna al forno di casa, sono le polpettine di carne tra uno strato e l'altro della sfoglia, tantopiù quando ne avanzano un pochino per utilizzarle in altre preparazioni. Gli ultimi Rocoto giganti dell'Esquilino, ho provato a farcirli con le polpettine cotte nella salsa di pomodoro ed un po di scamorza. Davvero deliziosi, a tal punto da replicarli pochi giorni dopo con del provolone. Il pomodoro mantiene la carne più umida ed addolcisce un po l'intera preparazione. 7 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
