atthnn 478 Posted March 28, 2016 Spero abbiate passato una buona pasquetta xD da noi il tempo è stato buono, solo una leggera pioggerellina per una mezz'oretta...quest'anno oltre alla carne abbiamo arrostito il provolone..facendo il così detto provolone impiccato (in dialetto u pruvulon appcàt ). In pratica si appende il provolone a circa 30 cm dalla griglia e si lascia sciogliere un po alla volta, raccogliendo con un coltello man mano il formaggio fuso e spalmandolo sul pane arrostito 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
