Ciao a tutti,

stamani a pranzo abbiamo preparato un ottimo piatto di Spätzle agli spinaci con speck, porri, raspadura e aribibi gusano.

 

Abbinamento azzeccato.

Il piatto è gustoso e sapido e l'Aribibi Gusano con il suo sapore dolce e non invasivo, e la sua piccantezza media si miscela ai sapori con garbata educazione.

 

Un piatto e un abbinamento decisamente da consigliare.
