2 growth nodes, only one set of cotyledons.

I`ve grown a lot of peppers and I`ve never seen this before. Seedling popped up with huge cotyledons, very widely spaced compared to the other 3 of the same variety. It`s a C.chinense, PI 159236. It took a lot longer than normal for the node(s) to initiate growth, but here is is now.

Wow, it seems it bifurcated immediately.

I already saw something like this, but with four cotyledons.

 

Please, publish photos of its future growth ...

I`ve seen this happen with 4 cotyledons. That situation seems to be something similar to conjoined twins. Obviously not like this one, though.

Here she is now. Looks like one of the nodes will be dominant!
