Look for 'tondo calabrese' or 'satan's kiss', I think these are two of the most common varieties used to make that.

On one picture there is about the amount I left in the forest every time I went to get some mushrooms. My oven & drier full and also my mothers. Maybe I do not have drier big enough?

Eh, I cannot find those anywhere, at least not in Finland. I was thinking to fill for example Jalapeño or pubescenses. But, anyway now I do not have any fresh peppers. And I would like to know with what to fill and what to do with these.

 

Wintering has not been so lucky so far, about half of plants dried. No light, too dry and so on. Good and bad at same time. I miss most of plants but now I have more space for others
